Utoo Radio with Other News Sources - August 8, 2024 - Norway House Cree Nation has unveiled the Kinosew Sipi Nanatawiwekamik Health Centre of Excellence, the largest health centre in Manitoba history, to open in early October.

The facility, which cost $157.9 million and spans over 9,000 square meters, will provide emergency, in-patient, and palliative care, dialysis, rehabilitation therapy, and diagnostic community-based programs and services.

The facility is the largest in Manitoba history to operate through First Nations leadership and will provide emergency, in-patient, and palliative care, dialysis, rehabilitation therapy, and diagnostic community-based programs and services.
